Coaching Programs:
All online coaching is completely individualized and will evolve as you go through your training so that the plan adapts to how your body is responding to the training.
Coaching includes:
Completely customized periodized plan (big picture outline) to dial into a macro focus of both your longer term (yearly and/or monthly) and immediate (weekly) goals.
Tailored detailed daily workouts delivered via training peaks software.
Plan/workout modification (if needed) based on progress and reviews
Athlete initiated communication by email, text, phone, etc for any immediate quick questions/concerns.
Regular 30 minute progress reviews are scheduled twice a month via phone/email/skype, zoom screen share/etc. This is where we discuss things like:
your progress (in general and sometimes detailed reviews of specific workouts),
how to maximize the benefit of your training tools (i.e. software, power meters and other devices, self-massage tools and techniques, etc.)
race nutrition recommendations as needed
training specifically for different type of events,
race pacing plans and strategies,
any other questions you might have,
etc.
Single Sport: $350, Multi-sport: $400 per Month
There is also a one-time startup fee of $99 which includes a detailed review of your training history, recommendations for modifications and focus areas for improvement . This also covers some of the cost of developing the periodized training plan for the season.

Hourly consulting rate is $125. However, there is a very steep discount for all regular online coached athletes so that if you would like to add more coaching time/meetings or are interested in arranging one-on-one coaching sessions that can be done as well.

Consulting Services:
Can include, but is not limited to; in-person testing, coaching or form analysis, assisting with technique, video-taping and/or review of video for form analysis, coached structured workouts, compu-trainer sessions, strength training sessions, phone or in-person consultations (two popular consults are: review of current training and recommendations for performance enhancements and assisting self-coached athletes develop their training plan), etc. Contact Coach Karen for availability.
